PARTY HOUSE!

This post can be summed up to one sentence.

I AM THE BEST AUNT IN THE WORLD.

A while back, (like EASTER) Chase and I had the privalege and honor to have a rockin party with

Quinn and Oggy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry- it was an exclusive party.

No one else was invited, but don't worry,

I'll give you the play-by-play!

Well, We learned alot of things.

One is that you have to add an extra 45 minutes to an hour of getting ready time.

(PARTYbaths take l

onger 

than anticipated.)

Another is that you can get a little boy to do almost anything by putting

the word "party" in front of it.

So here's how it went down:

off to PARTYdinner ("PARTYchicken store"...)

Then back at the PARTYhouse

First thing we did, (of course) was make a PARTYbed!!!

then PARTYeaster bag decorating!

[the hulk easter bunny left these on our door step! thanks! :) ]

and PARTYsuitcase riding

(it was a BIG deal to be in underwear- but, you know, I'm a cool aunt, so when Quinn asked me if he and Oggy could have no pants on with a great deal of hesitation, I said of course!)

Then PARTYpopcorn making

and PARTYrockband (no fail) and a PARTYmovie on (of course) our awesome PARTYbed!

Yesterday I came home to this.

Yes, my husband is am xbox 360 nerd.

Who talks to other xbox 360 nerds online.

He's teaching me how to be an xbox 360 nerd too.

I am a lucky lucky girl.

At first when he heard the key in the door he quickly

hid the headset behind his back.

I noticed his mischevious face and sneakily found it.

After about 10 minutes of laughing and mocking him,

he gave in and just openly played his game

with his other virtual nerds.

I shaved my legs in the park today.

I wore shorts this morning to work,

but forgot my legs were prickly so I grabbed my razor before I left.

Then things got busy and I didnt have time to shave

until the kids were busy on the swings.

So- what better place but the drinking fountain!?

It felt goood.

I love strawberry short cake and ice cream!

Possibly the besty dessert ever!

sad news...

well... we're selling the truck.

it's a sad time (mostly for chase)- but it's the smartest thing to do for us right now.

but on a happier note....

ANYONE NEED/WANT (OR KNOW SOMEONE WHO NEEDS/WANTS) AN AWESOME TRUCK!?

we've had some inquiries, but nothing final yet! check out the craigslist.

oh boy. i HATE asthma attacks!

they are frustrating, painful, inconvenient, time consuming, painful, annoying, and leave you utterly exhausted! (and did i mention painful?!)

BUT- i do love the treatment that comes with it. chase rubbed my back and stroked my hair all night last night until i fell asleep!!!!!!!....

awe.... i love my husband.

chase had to unexpectedly work all night on his birthday- which was a major bummer cause i had the entire day planned! But we celebrated his "22nd anniversary of the day after his birthday" instead.

Jacob and Chase........ well it was a long night.

For our first big purchase as a married couple, chase and i bought a new tv! (the one i had really belonged to chels). And through the xbox, you can stream movies instantly with NETFLIX! its freak awesome rad! so we got every blanket and pillow we own and put it in our living room for an ultimate movie night!

next time everyone is invited! its a little apartment-but the more the merrier!
